This is an inspirational podcast dedicated to interviews and conversations with women who share their experiences that are critical to their success in various disciplines and professions. Our goal is to provide inspiration, motivation, and empowerment for women. As a woman, the Host Linda Berk, has had to climb many hurdles, go around walls or plow through impeding situations, and she understands how helpful it is to learn from a woman who has been down this path before. This podcast is designed to do just that. We aim to provide women strategies and blueprints for the road to success.

Our podcast provides the opportunity to let men see into the obstacles, challenges and pushbacks women may face as they pursue success in their chosen industry and profession. There are many men who want to understand a women’s plight in hopes to understand how they can either assist women with this newfound sensitivity or get out of the way.

The podcast will feature a new episode every week. We anticipate the interviews to be roughly 30 minutes in length. The entire episode, including the introduction of the show and guest, the interview (main section), and a new quote from woman each week, will be approximately 45 minutes in length. We find this length to be ideal. Long enough to provide valuable information, yet no longer than the average person’s commute to work. Each week we will unveil new and interesting examples and shared experiences with the goal of our guest sharing something they have never shared before publicly that will provide insight and encouragement for other women.
